Forms for Camp St Bernard

Camp St. Bernard utilizes facilities both on and off the campus of St. Bernard Abbey. To comply with the insurance obligations of other groups working in cooperation with Camp St. Bernard, a number or medical forms and releases are needed for each one of our campers. These can be faxed, mailed, or brought on the day of registration.

To reserve your space, please send in (at least) the first page of the camper application and a non-refundable $50 deposit.  As always feel free to contact John Arndt with any questions at jarndt@stbernardprep.com.
